We work closely with your child’s physician and case management staff to ensure that all of the doctor's orders are executed by compassionate nurses. We strive to ensure a safe and smooth transition from hospital to home.  At home, we utilize constant monitoring and updating of your child’s treatment plan to optimize the quality of care provided.  Our Clinical Supervisors maintain contact with your child’s primary care physicians and oversee the entire care process.
